A gaze, a land, a light
Our photographs are born in a landscape shaped by wind, stone, and light.
A place where nature reveals its most honest colors, where time moves slowly, and where observation comes before action.
A gaze, a land, a light
Our photographs are born in a landscape shaped by wind, stone, and light.
A place where nature reveals its most honest colors, where time moves slowly, and where observation comes before action.
For years, my mother, Pascale Franceschi has been photographing nature: flowers, light, and quiet landscapes shaped by time.
Her work is slow and instinctive, guided by observation rather than intention.
Taken in the Corsican maquis, her images reflect a relationship with nature based on patience, respect, and attention to detail.
I grew up with these photographs around me.
They shaped my sensitivity to light, space, and calm interiors.
Franceschi was born from this transmission — the desire to share a family gaze, without artifice, and without transforming what already exists.
Today
Franceschi is a small, human-scale studio, rooted in a family story, where photography becomes a quiet and lasting presence in the home.
